Poor Cinderella. While the Ugly Sisters primp and preen for the Prince's ball, she's left at home with only her friend Buttons for company. But with a little help from her Fairy Godmother, a pumpkin that won't stay a pumpkin for long and a glass slipper, she might just make it. Will she get to the ball, win the Prince and get home before the clock strikes twelve?

Our Cinderella is set in Belper Parks and packed with local jokes, so look out for places you know. And find out where the Ugly Sisters get sent. Let's just say it isn't anywhere near as nice as Belper.

A panto for the whole family

There are Ugly Sisters to boo, Buttons to cheer on and popular songs to join in with. Children will have plenty to shout about, and there are a few risqué gags that will sail over their heads and land with the grown-ups.

To celebrate our 90th year, we're bringing pantomime back to Belper, at Belper Community Theatre at Belper School. It's our first panto since 2011.

Dates and tickets

There are four performances from Friday 11 to Sunday 13 December, with matinees on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. The Friday evening performance is interpreted in British Sign Language. All tickets are £15.
